Plasma replicator
Lets hypothize all matter is constructed(or at least held together) out of characteristic magnetic fields. Destroying the bondage turns mass into plasma which would be like the primordial state of all matter. We further assume sound, radio and or magnetic fields can also be used to resonate matter into plasma. Now when (rather then taking stuff apart) inserting frequencies back into the plasma the radio/magnetic/sound(/light?) wave should at least hypothetically be able to create any kind of matter.
