The Physicist Leon Dragone sent me this rough draft of a paper he was writing in 1989. It describes his theories and experiments for extracting energy from ambient fluctuations using a ferromagnet. Leon died of heart failure shortly after he sent me this.. The file was sent to me as a fax so I scanned each page. (The OCR program couldn't read it well enough). Sorry about the quality.
